The Lexus IS 250C provides excellent safety in both coupe, and convertible forms. The Lexus consists of active and passive safety technology in the segment, including Vehicle Dynamics Integrated Management (VDIM) of the Lexus. This Vehicle Stability Control (VSC) is specifically changed for an open-body car, and to guarantee decreased stopping distances on split-friction road surfaces, a revised Pre-Crash Safety (PCS) system, and the first twin-chamber passenger front airbag is present.
